Cancellation policy

Our subscriptions are designed to deliver your Collagenie routine with ease, straight to your door.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select, and your payment method will be charged automatically for each order.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage, pause, or update your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or through your customer account. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation requests made within 30 days of a scheduled billing date may result in the next order being processed and charged. 

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
