šŸ„• Easter Bunny Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana (mashed)Ā
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no xylitol)Ā
  • 1 cup oat flourĀ
  • 2 tablespoons Collagenie Collagen Meal BoosterĀ
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot (optional for festive flair)Ā
  • A splash of water (if needed, to adjust dough consistency)

šŸ’”Ā You can make your own oat flour by blending rolled oats in a food processor until fine.

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour and Collagenie Collagen Meal Booster powder to the wet ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in grated carrots for an extra festive (and vitamin-rich) twist.
  5. If the dough feels dry, add a splash of water to help it come together.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1cm thick and use bunny or egg-shaped cookie cutters to cut out treats.
  7. Place on baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool completely before serving—and maybe snap a pic of your pup enjoying their Easter reward! šŸ“øšŸ¾
